Shipping policy

At Prism and Pendulum, we aim to get your magical goods into your hands as swiftly as possible.

We typically process and ship in-stock orders the following business day after your purchase. However, during periods of high order volume, it may take up to three (3) business days to dispatch your order.

We currently offer flat-rate shipping via USPS within the United States (excluding Kansas). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If you have not received a shipment confirmation by the end of the third business day after placing your order, please reach out to us at admin@prismandpendulum.com, and we’ll investigate the issue and make things right.
